01General terms
The administration of tentencode.com undertakes to maintain your privacy on the Internet. We pay great attention to the security of the personal data you provide. Our Privacy Policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation.
We collect your personal data to improve the efficiency of our services, to interact better with site visitors, to send visitors additional information about 1010Code solutions at their request and to send advertising materials by email. Advertising materials include extended information about our solutions, as well as invitations to webinars and other events.
02Collection and use of personal data
The site administration collects and uses your personal data only with your consent. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you allow us to collect and use the following data:
- First and last name;
- Phone number;
- Email;
- Company name.
We collect your data in three possible ways: you send it directly (for example, via a contact form); data is transmitted automatically (for example, by using cookies); data is transmitted by third-party sources (for example, by Facebook).
If you subscribe to our news or to comments on selected pages of the site, the data specified in the input form will be transferred to the responsible person. When you subscribe, we store your IP address and the date and time of registration. This is necessary to prevent illegal use of our services and of the email specified when subscribing. We do not send your email address to third parties except where required by current legislation. We use your data only for sending news emails. You can cancel the subscription at any time.
03Data storage, modification and deletion
A person who has provided personal data to tentencode.com has the right to change and delete it and to revoke consent to its processing. To get access to your personal data, you can contact the site administration by email at sales@tentencode.com.
We may transmit your data to third parties (for example, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) only with your free consent. You agree to these terms by accepting our Privacy Policy. Once personal data has been transferred, we cannot change the data held by organizations that are not affiliated with us.
Your personal data will be stored for 12 months. When the data usage period ends, the site administration will delete it completely.
We process and store data for the specified period in accordance with the regulations of the European Union and other legislative acts regulating work with personal data.
04Legal basis for processing personal data
Where we receive your prior consent to use your personal data, Article 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) applies as the legal basis. Where personal data must be processed to fulfil our company’s legal obligations, Article 7 of the GDPR acts as the legal basis.
05Use of technical data when visiting the site
When you visit the site, the database stores records of your IP address, time of visit, browser settings, operating system and other technical information necessary to display the site content correctly. Based on these data, it is impossible for us to identify the visitor.
06Use of cookies
We use cookies to display content correctly and make the site convenient to use. These are small files stored on your device. They help the site remember information about you — for example, the language you view the site in and the pages you have already opened — which is useful on your next visit. You can choose to accept or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit how the site works.
With your consent we also use web analytics services to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — visit statistics: pages viewed, traffic sources, device and browser type;
- Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC) — visit statistics, click map and session replay (Webvisor), which records anonymised actions on the page such as scrolling and clicks.
These services set their own cookies and receive technical data about your visit (IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed). Analytics is switched on only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice; if you choose “Only necessary”, analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
07Your rights
If we have stored your personal data in a way that complies with the Data Protection Regulation of the European Union, you have the following rights in relation to the person responsible for data processing:
- to receive information;
- to correct information;
- to restrict data processing;
- to delete data;
- to be informed;
- to transfer data;
- to object.
